About
Located in a spectacular Grade II* listed building in the heart of the city, the RWA is Bristol’s oldest art gallery bringing world-class visual art from around the world since 1844.
With beautifully constructed interiors filled with natural light, these 19th century galleries have housed works from the big names in British Art including Turner, Constable, Nash, and Grayson Perry. The building has recently completed a £4.5m transformation - opening up access for all and providing opportunities for everybody to get creative and feel inspired.
The RWA can be hired exclusively for exceptional evening wedding receptions for up to 120 guests.
Hire includes the main galleries, along with the impressive foyer and west facing balcony. The marble entrance hall and stairwell provides the perfect backdrop for photographs.
A dedicated Events Manager will work closely with you, offering advice and support to help plan the perfect day.
